Job Description
The Assistant Account Manager is responsible for assisting Account Managers and Producers with the servicing of assigned accounts in accordance with the practices, policies and procedures of the Company.
1. Prepares invoices, transmittals, ID cards, certificates of insurance, binders and cancellation forms as required
2. Reviews and processes change requests in the agency management system
3. Sets- up and maintains new and renewal client files
4. Participates in the renewal preparation process, including generating renewal updates on accounts specified by the Producer
5. Provides quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers
6. Reviews policies and endorsements for completeness and accuracy
7. Prepares policies for delivery to clients
8. Communicates with company personnel regarding the client's needs and/or issues
9. Maintains an accurate suspense system on all items that require a response
10. Fields phone calls from insureds regarding questions about their coverage, changes, additions, payments, cancellations etc.
11. Maintains complete customer files
12. Responsible for scanning communications and documents
13. Input/maintain data on account management system and ancillary systems as required
14. Provides switchboard support, when needed
15. Other reasonable duties as assigned by your supervisor
16. Prepares and coordinates all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts, including but not limited to:
applications
billing
policies
cerificate of insurance
endorsements
invoices
proposals for new and renewal accounts
change request
audits
annual reviews
cancellations
Required Skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability of working in a sccessful team environment
Strong data entry skills
Ability to exercise independent judgement
Provicient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet utilization
Required Experience
At least 2 years of insurance experience strongly preferred
Experience working with Applied Agency Management system preferred but not requried
Washington State P&C; Insurance LicenseEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
