Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities o Administers data storage, data warehouse, and data structure to support reporting and use across integrated platforms. o Acts as an ambassador for the software product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the software product. o Provides effective training to users. o Coordinates with stakeholders to support software product enhancements. o Addresses customer problems within established response time. o Coordinates with third party support vendors as required. o Leads and manages the organizations SharePoint site and related software. o Analyzes customer suggestions and recommends product revisions. o Develops comprehensive documentation and FAQs for product support activities. o Gathers and shares client-specific product support insights and trends with internal stakeholders o Prepares release announcements to promote user adoption for new software and software enhancements. o Supports system conversions, upgrades, enhancements. Measures and monitors success of products after release. o Delivers a consistent, responsive and satisfying customer experience with each interaction. o Continuously improve troubleshooting skills, ability to reproduce client issues, product expertise, and knowledge on related technical topics. o Coordinates, curates and conducts training on new features and enhancements for end users. o Identifies and documents defects consistently and clearly such that defects can be reproduced by the development team. Works with development team to help reproduce issues and to ensure defects are understood and valid. o Elicits and clearly documents business and systems requirements. o Assesses business process and system inefficiencies. o Identifies ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction. o Analyzes and synthesizes business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes. o Maintains regular attendance including being at work, being on time to work and working full shifts. o Other duties may be assigned. Complementary Description Safran Passenger Solutions (SPS) Support o Works closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of business systems, processes, services, roadmaps and the context in which the business operates. o Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and applies this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices. o Identifies, creates and facilitates process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focuses on quality improvement and data management; ensures data is reliable and valid; develops process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination; integrates new systems and processes with existing ones; and partners with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies. o Supports and aligns efforts to meet customer and business needs. o Manages business unit customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results. o Leads or participates in multiple concurrent projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones and following proper escalation paths. Job Requirements Summary of Education, Experience & Certification Bachelor's degree in business or computer science and ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Employees working on programs subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations must qualify as a US Person which is defined as a US Citizen, a Permanent Resident who does not work for a foreign company/foreign government/foreign governmental agency or organization, or a political asylee for legal compliance purposes. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
