Job Description:
In this role, you have the opportunity and primary accountability todirect and guide the activities of the BCM deployment (called BCM project) at the BioTelemetry entities in scope based on the global BCM standardized approach supported by a staff of the Center ofExcellence Business Continuity & Resilience
Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, and execute the BCM project plan, schedule, budget, and deliverables.Coordinate team members who lead and direct the BG/site project activities.Responsible for ensuring compliance with the relevant internal BCM policy, processes, procedures, and standards.Set targets and monitor for and tracks performance indicators on the BCM project.Regular Activities:
Builds and maintains the BCM project organization, chooses the ways of working, and defines the interfaces with other functions.Defines and manages the portfolio of BCM project and its related BCM projects and their goals, in consultation with the designated staff of CoE BCR and other relevant stakeholders (e.g., Site operational leaders), as input to the performing organization to manage the BCM project pipeline, estimates the budgets and risks.Keeps up to date with the evolving business and application domain to optimize the goals of each BCM project and maximize the synergy.Establish and report to the Business Leadership Team and define ongoing goals, objectives, and initiatives.Identify, train, and liaise with BCP Coordinators to develop skills for an effective handoff to the daily management of site business continuity plans.Develop timelines, ensure progress to plan, key metrics, and compliance goals, and track critical project achievements.Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team and facilitates project meetings.Develops, maintains, and manages detailed project plans, action item registers, and primary milestone timelines for assigned business.Provide overall prioritization and direct work assignments, team resources, etc. Monitor and create project deliverables.Acts as a single point of contact for project status. Maintains communication with stakeholders.Conducts business continuity lifecycle management, including but not limited to planning, business impact analysis, risk management sessions, mitigation identification and tracking, and testing activities.Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents executive management solutions and options. Ensures effective implementation of solutions/changes.You are a part of The Group Operations - CoE BCR team is situated and reports to the designated staff of the CoE BCR.Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree OR equivalent exp.5
years of experience in the area of project management (support) within professional services.Project management certifications (PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA B/C, PMI certified).Knowledge & experience of ISO 22301 standards, Office365.Strong knowledge & experience with project management planning & portfolio tooling (MS Project, Clarity).Experience in a complex, global organization preferred.Business Continuity implementation experience required.English, both written and oral.Strong communication skills.Excellent delivery skills.Problem analysis and conclusion.Planning and organization. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
