edu/engineering/) at Utah Valley University invites applications for a faculty lecturer position in Mechanical Engineering to begin Fall 2023.
The successful candidate will hold a B.
S.
and M.
S.
in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field and have a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching and advising, and laboratory development.
Candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate mechanical engineering courses and laboratories.
Will teach students to understand and appreciate mechanical engineering topics.
Design laboratory courses and prepare laboratory instructional materials.
Cultivate a student-centered learning environment, and help students succeed.
Assess teaching results and apply results to improve courses, laboratories, curriculum, and teaching effectiveness.
Coordinate and participate in recruitment activities for the Department.

Minimum Qualifications Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited institution with a B.
S.
and M.
S.
in Mechanical Engineering, or closely related areas required.
Strong commitment to undergraduate teaching, advising, and course and laboratory development.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
