Customer Service Representative with Alliance Door Products Seattle ROLE:
As a member of the Alliance customer service/inside sales team, the Customer Service Representative will ensure that our customers receive the highest quality service on time, every time.
Alliance Door Products is a distributor of high quality residential and commercial doors and products in Kent, WA.
HOURS:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (Some overtime required occasionally.
) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Become a door product specialist within our team of customer service representatives Process customer orders, vendor purchase orders, customer calls, quotes, backorders and confirmations in an efficient and timely manner Professionally and courteously answer incoming phone calls Positively address customer concerns Cooperatively interact with all team members & departments to successfully meet customer needs Track the status of orders Monitor, coordinate and process order delay communication to customers Follow up and provide feedback for customer quotations Assist in creating a supportive team-oriented work climate that supports our values and enables team members to develop professionally Identify customer service process improvements that meet or exceed customer expectations CORE COMPETENCIES Positive and engaging attitude Creative and solution oriented problem solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service Attention to accuracy, detail, and quality Strong Math & Computer Skills (Word, Excel, CRM) Knowledge of Door Industry, Products and Services Provide consulting and technical assistance interpreting specifications and customer needs Estimating wood doors, wood frames, hollow metal doors, metal frames, hardware and other specialty products to our established customers COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive Compensation Depending on Experience Competitive Benefits Package to begin after 90 days of employment Paid holidays and vacation REPORTING:
