Here is some info about us and what we're looking for:
- a DDS with a minimum of 5 years of experience with good references.
- someone who is interested in a long term position.
Owner dentist would like to cut back.
- we're busy and average about 50-60 new patients a month.
- a dentist that is nice to be around, engaging, and just a good human.
No egos are tolerated.
We're a team.
- we offer a percentage of production (ie.
Not collections!).
Daily guarantee is in place, but our associates almost always take home much, much more than the guarantee! - a dentist that can provide QUALITY dental care.
This is not a DSO! - we refer out all endo and most OS and ortho.
We focus on providing good bread and butter dentistry.
Our DDS also see some hygiene patients on their side.
