As a Lead eCommerce Manager, you'll engage in development and implementation of eCommerce strategy and business solutions to facilitate online transactions with customers.
In addition, you will have responsibility for analyzing business requirements, proposing solutions, and overseeing eCommerce projects.
You'll partner with marketing, sales, service/support, and Web design and development teams to ensure that eCommerce solutions support the business strategy and integrates with our website.
Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View Identify projects, develop business cases, and manage aspects of projects from concept through to implementation.
Define, design, and implement contract, compliance, and governance strategy and execution processes.
Manage the implementation of ecommerce projects for effectiveness, by analyzing data from customer satisfaction surveys, click stream data, and web analytics; report all findings, as well as suggestions for additional improvements based on the data acquired.
Manage the implementation of eCommerce marketing, sales, and service and support programs and analyze their effectiveness.
Identify new creative ways to grow customer engagement, improve customer experience and drive relevance in communications to new and existing customers.
Monitor traffic volume and quality trends and adjust forecasts / solve for gaps to target as needed May create website strategy, design online promotional programs for digital products or services to support existing customers or to acquire new customers.
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years' experience in website design Ability to translate business needs into an online experience that ensures a high-quality customer interaction in all customer touch points.

years' experience working in or supporting indirect, direct, or call center sales channels.
3
years of experience in Digital Marketing/E-Commerce.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and persuasively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering, Digital Marketing nanodegree, or equivalent experience preferred.
Our Lead e-Commerce Managers earn between $105,000 - $210,100.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
