As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of various projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting the highest quality standards.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
Manage project execution, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to ensure project milestones are met.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, employing effective mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
Resource Management:
Allocate and manage project resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization.
Collaborate with resource managers to assign project team members based on their skills, availability, and project requirements.
Provide direction and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and priorities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
Quality Assurance:
Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.
Conduct regular quality checks throughout the project lifecycle, identifying and resolving any quality-related issues.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and best practices.
Budget and Financial Management:
Develop project budgets, track expenses, and manage project financials.
Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Capture lessons learned from projects and apply them to future initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management and IT services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.
g.
, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.

proven experience as a Project Manager in a Managed Service Provider organization or similar IT service environment.
Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and technologies.
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
