Please see below for brief requirements of the positions we'll be interviewing for.
Assistant Managers should have at least two years of property management experience. Assistant Managers should have a general understanding of business principles and must be financially savvy.

Leasing Managers should have at least two years of property management leasing experience. Must also have strong sales experience and the ability to direct and motivate a sales team.

Leasing Professionals should have a professional image and outstanding customer service and sales ability. Additionally, Leasing Professionals must be organized and possess strong computer skills. Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality industries preferred if no property management experience.

Maintenance Technician positions require previous property management maintenance experience. HVAC and Pool certification preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
