As ServiceNow Systems Administrator, you are responsible for day-to-day administrative functions and support our ServiceNow SaaS solution. Your role requires that under general supervision you perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities involving knowledge and policies and procedures and how they are applied. You will work with users and stakeholders in IT and business units. Problems encountered are general to complex in nature.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between IT and business units using ServiceNow for their processes.
Develop and publish ServiceNow reports for tracking performance against KPI's such as Mean Time to Resolve.
Perform root cause analysis on system failures and drive necessary remediation of defects.
Develop and maintain documentation including system context diagrams, system and data interfaces, and controls.
Support our incident, problem and change management processes.
Work with the business to define and execute opportunities to leverage ServiceNow to support their business processes.
Develop and manage automated scripts to increase efficiency.
Manage relationships with our ServiceNow hosting vendors.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or relevant major. Additional higher education and/or technical certifications a plus!
2
years of experience administering all aspects of the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) Platform.
Well versed in principles of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL); ITIL certifications desirable
Intermediate skill with JavaScript, SQL and XML required for process development and automation
Highly developed troubleshooting skills; tenacity and hunger for finding the root cause of a problem.
Keen attention to detail in planning, organizing and executing tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all of the pieces fit together and affect one another.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor approach based on audience and message.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills that inspire and build trust for effective working relationships across the company.
Team player who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a tram as well as working independently to produce results.
Knowledge of ITIL service management framework and best practices for systems administration.
Dependable and reliable.



Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
