Regional Sales Manager

Our client has immediate opening for a domestic Regional Sales Manager with experience selling converters and associated components into the avionics, aerospace, military and space markets. This position requires direct experience managing sales representatives as well as direct customer interaction. The successful candidate will be capable of working independently as well as thriving in a fast paced, professional, and team based environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
New business development via researching, qualifying and selling product direct to the end user and through manufacturers sales representatives.
Sell the full range of products, including avionics/military, and space grade products.
Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
Work directly with engineering and other technical resources to provide effective and timely solutions for customer applications.
Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospective customers
Conduct one-on-one and group technical sales presentations
Provide account management to defined territory
Track customer program status, prepare annual forecasts and meet revenue projections.
Develop and maintain prospect and customer lists generated from strategic marketing functions and other sales source leads.
Successfully manage all aspects of a sales representative-based sales force

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of directly related sales experience
Experience working with hi-reliability industry processes and procedures preferred
Demonstrated history of performance
Experience managing a sales representative network
Excellent organizational, technical, interpersonal, and communications skills
Demonstrated flexibility with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
BSEE degree or related technical Bachelor's degree (preferred).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
