Provide CA Wily 9.x development/engineering support. Must have experience administering CA Introscope and CA CEM platforms (i.e. Enterprise Managers, java agents, TIMs and dashboard/report/alert development).
Plans, directs, and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and deploying solutions that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Acts as a liaison between the user community and internal IT resources
Plan and manage system maintenance support activities.
Plan, facilitate, and participate in working sessions with cross-functional resources
Produce daily/weekly/monthy system reporting
Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
Qualifications:
Has thoroughly demonstrated knowledge of the application systems in their area of responsibility and can identify, evaluate and define impacts of changes, provide alternatives both to the application changing and all upstream and downstream systems, or identify if a change is a manual process taking into account the entire picture as well as the details. Generally assigned to Enterprise, cross-functional and cross-departmental projects with high complexity and cross-system impacts.
Has thoroughly demonstrated working knowledge to conceptualize, document and communicate innovative solutions to meet or exceed business objectives.
Has through knowledge of CA Agent Technology (j2ee, .Net, Weblogic, Tomcat, WebSphere, etc)
Ability to conduct peer reviews to solicit feedback on materials created.
MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
Demonstrates thorough working knowledge of various business process and system modeling tools including: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, ER diagrams, Dimensional Data Models, Context Models, Event Modeling, State Modeling, Process decomposition, and Use Case Scenarios
Demonstrates thorough working knowledge of the system development life cycle
Experience with data migration and best practices
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications
Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables
Experience:
3-5 years CA WILY administration
3-5 years experience creating Requirement, Functional Specification, & Test Requirement documents required
3-5 years experience with supporting both purchased and in-house developed applications required
Preferred skills:
6-8 years experience in software development, software design or business process design (example: process modeling, use case analysis, etc) and implementation preferred
6-8 years minimum experience in telecommunications industry preferred
2 years minimum Project Management, Management, Team Lead, or other equivalent leadership experience preferred
6-8 years experience with a formal SDLC preferred
6-8 years experience developing business solutions with a variety of tools preferred
Candidate must have solid CA WILY experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
