AT&T is hiring Live Chat Customer Support Specialists in Bothell, WA. Customer Support Specialists correspond with our customers via live chat. They handle inquiries from customers related to billing, rate plans, features, coverage, accessories, troubleshooting and more.

Basic requirements:
At least one year customer service experience preferred
Call Center Experience preferred
Advanced Typing/Keyboarding Skills preferred
This position requires advanced technical troubleshooting skills.
